Please allow 2 business days to process your payment. Once shipped, orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive in the mail. All US orders are shipped via UPS. Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.

Pre orders may take 5-7 business days to arrive once shipped.

International Oders: (Only to the UK)

Please allow 2 business days to process your payment. Once shipped, orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive. International orders may be shipped via DHL or UPS. Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays. The only international region we ship to is the United Kingdom.

We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.  Please choose your shipping option carefully. Please be sure to purchase Insurance with your order so that you are protected from these unwanted circumstances.

We are not responsible for Import fees that may apply.

Return policy:

Once an oder has been placed, it may NOT be cancelled or refunded for any reason.

​Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product and therefore all sales are FINAL.

The Raw Bundles Co is not liable for any issues that arise after the product has been chemically altered in any way following delivery. Once received, any modifications made to the extensions are at the customer’s own risk.
